Why Brine
Scale shouldn't depend on headcount.
Growth shouldn't require the biggest budgets or the largest back office. The food & beverage industry doesn't need more administration. It needs better operations.
How it started
Brilliant businesses kept running into the same invisible problem. They weren't being held back by their products. They weren't being held back by their people. They were being held back by the way they operated.
A customer placed an order. From there, the information began moving. Between people. Between inboxes. Between spreadsheets. Between systems.
We kept asking ourselves one question. Why wasn't information moving on its own?
Milla had spent years helping businesses across the food & beverage industry digitalize their operations. Ronald had spent his career building software products for high-growth technology companies.
From opposite sides of the problem, we reached the same conclusion. The problem wasn't administration. Administration was just the symptom. The real problem was that ambitious businesses lacked the operational foundation they needed to compete and grow.
So we built Brine. Not to replace people with AI. AI shouldn't replace people. It should protect what makes them irreplaceable.
Our mission
To help ambitious food & beverage businesses build the operational foundation they need to compete, grow, and lead.
The next generation of market leaders won't be built on bigger teams. They'll be built on stronger systems, better decisions, and smarter operations.
